There are not many places such as restaurants, malls, and museums to visit. In addition, there are only a few shopping malls and markets in small towns. So, people do not have many choices when they want to buy new clothes, shoes, or electronics. Finally,  it is hard to keep your personal life private in small towns.  Everyone wants to know about you and your family. Therefore, if a few people know you, it will not take long before many other people know about you. If you love excitement, variety, and privacy, living in a small town is not the life for you.
